la romarine offers a large range of prices depending on the season and the number of rooms you want to rent Formula 1 goes for the full capacity. It includes the central part, the guestspace and the additional own acces room. It sleeps 14.
Formula 2 includes the central part and the guestspace. It sleeps 12. Formula 3 includes the central part and the additional own acces room. It sleeps 10 . Formula 4 includes the central part. It sleeps 8. Let there be no doubt: the garden, the pool, the garage are included in all formulas. In high season only formula 1 is available. Rental is per week, beginning on saturday at 4pm and ending on the next saturday on 10 am. |

There is a season for everything... Rental is per week.
High season (HS) includes July and August Mid season (MS) covers April to June and September Low season (LS) is from October to March (pool is not available) If you are looking for a long term rental or something special don' t hesitate to get in touch with la romarine for special arrangements. |

Prices include... bed- and bathlinen (1 set per week), water and electricity, weekly cleaning, access to internet (WiFi)

Payment terms Payment is to be made by bank transfer : 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental.

Deposits la romarine requests a refundable deposit of € 500 per week, to be paid a minimum of 1 week prior to rental.
